This site tells the story of our Anwyl Homes Ltd. home, purchased in June 2019. It is not a happy story. The finish quality of my house was appalling and certainly not comparable with the promises made on the Anwyl Homes Ltd. website. Please have a browse through the Photos section and see for yourself.
We have had months of arguments and repair work, made worse by having to deal with a hopeless customer services team, hopeless site managers and lying sales staff.
Their incompetence has manifested itself in people not turning up for appointments, turning up when no appointments made, incorrect materials and replacements being ordered, poor quality workmanship and many jobs having to be repeated.
